What kind of math was used here this adds up to 125% ?????

I think it is the percentage of single mothers per race, not a sum of all births.

Confusing graphic
Consider this, black women make up around 7% of population, Hispanic women are pins that number as well while white women are somewhere around 33%

Graphic says 21% of all women are single mothers.

14% of 33% of the population is a big number

Just like welfare. Blacks on welfare are a much larger percentage of that demographic, but would imagine whites even at a lower percentage represent more people based on population size
