Too low. Too hot. That sort of "arrival" also happens when you get too slow and let your sink rate go way up. As was said, I didn't see any attempt to flare.

Yeah...looked like plungged right thru the flare...no flare. Altimeter set incorrectly?
On top of that I heard wind shear was a bit challenging at that time.
Seemed like she was gliding a bit faster than normal too.

Pilot error. ... Too low. Too hot. I'm not a pilot but they had one an TV and he thought the plane came in MUCH too SLOW for the amount of crosswind they had.
