Pilot error.

Too low. Too hot.

It will be important to examine the pilot's credentials carefully. Was this individual "The Best" pilot for this flight?

That sort of "arrival" also happens when you get too slow and let your sink rate go way up. As was said, I didn't see any attempt to flare.

Yeah...looked like plungged right thru the flare...no flare. Altimeter set incorrectly?

On top of that I heard wind shear was a bit challenging at that time.

Seemed like she was gliding a bit faster than normal too.

I don’t think one should use the word impact when describing their job at an airline!!

I'm not a pilot but they had one an TV and he thought the plane came in MUCH too SLOW for the amount of crosswind they had.
