I order groceries on Amazon Fresh. No delivery fee if $100 or more.

When the minimum wage went up in Seattle, Instacart, which delivers for Kroger and other grocers, started slapping on a surcharge in addition to service fee and delivery fee. I stopped using them at that point. They said it was to make sure that the delivery people got the extra minimum wage.
