I understand lactose intolerance, but I can’t remember a report of anaphylactic death from milk.

There are also sensitivities to milk proteins, which is not the same as lactose intolerance. One of my wife's relatives almost died because he was given butter, which has very little lactose, but also has milk proteins, which is FAR more serious for those with the sensitivity. The Canadian health care worker did not make the distinction and the young child almost died.
