There is a whole lot more proof at geoengineeringwatch.org. They have actually followed some of those flights and captured samples of what they are spraying. NOAA, NASA and US Air Force are the prime actors. Combined with HAARP (not limited to Alaska) weather modification and control.

FYI, as an Air Force pilot and an airline pilot (for over 45 years and 28,000 flight hours in many different jets), pilots cannot turn contrails on and off.

There’s the possibility that maybe the Hosting computer had a “hiccup” or that Sector of the HDD crapped out.
Hardware does fail here and there.
Maybe a Cricket found it’s way into the HDD and got stuck between the Disk and the Read/Write Heads. 🦗➕📀🟰💩
The combustion of hydrocarbons (e.g., fossil fuels) ALWAYS yields water vapor as a byproduct.
Under the proper atmospheric conditions, that water vapor can condense into fog or freeze into ice crystals.
That's what a con-trail is, ice crystals.
It's the same thing that causes car exhaust to be visible in cold weather. Water vapor -- the byproduct of combustion -- in the exhaust gasses is condensing into fog.
It's also why water sometimes drips from the tailpipe of cars left idling. The water vapor has condensed inside the exhaust pipe.
