Probably...But the problem is STATES are doing this...like NYS...and not sure what can be done about it....except maybe get Hochul out of there.
My understanding of a recent Supreme Court decision is that this stuff needs to be legislated by an act of Congress. The bureaucratic communists can no longer make up laws and enforce them.
So my venture is yes, this will be reversed by Trump.
This will be a good litmus test of whether Trump will follow through on his promises. This one should be reversed on day one.
