I took my girlfriend on a date to that restaurant at the top. It was an awesome view and a 5 star except for one thing. She set her purse on a ledge behind her and it took some time before we noticed. That was part of a window that did not rotate like the rest of the whole restaurant. It took me some time harassing a number of people before I found the purse.
