The analog clock's "second" hand rotates (clockwise, duh) through a full circle (360^o of arc) to complete each minute.

This post at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, January 5, marks (15 + (14 * 24) + 9) = 15 * 24 = 360 contiguous hours; the equivalent of 15 days until the Inauguration.
