Ya know, I didn’t see this one in the catalog...
“Polish general is sacked and four soldiers face up to five years in jail after 240 anti-tank mines go missing and turn up in IKEA”
(snip) To lose one anti-tank mine may be regarded as a grave misfortune, but to lose 240 - and then have them turn up near an Ikea warehouse - has been deemed a serious dereliction of duty by a district prosecutor in western Poland.
An army general has reportedly been sacked and four soldiers face prison sentences of up to five years following the blunder, which occurred last summer when a cargo of mines bound for an ammunition depot in the northern village of Mosty was not fully offloaded on arrival.

Is it just me or are the Cali fires and responses starting to resemble the Maui fires? Will people be low balled out of their property by gov? Will land be auctioned off to the āProperā people?
Just some thoughts in response to the 3-7 year permitting and building processā¦.
Prayers up for those affected and those responding to this continuing disaster.

IKEA sells tank mines?
I can see it - “This Side Towards Enemy” but in wood.
Sacked? That General should probly be “stacked” on one of those anti tank mines. Pin his underpants to the safety pin. 15 pounds of HE should correct his attitude. When you consider the sizes of the crates these things come in 240 pieces would be a truckload, not just a couple up front?
There’s a Pollock joke in here someplace> Why would there be an IKEA anywhere near an ammo dump?
