The PLAN allowed the black hats to steal the 2020 election for strategic purposes. Had the White Hats fought the 2020 STEAL, the Black Hats would definitely have pulled the country appart and created Civil War 2.0. We would have been lost.
According to the Law of War, when foreign enemies control the White House, our military acquires the additional powers needed to excise infiltration.
Without formalizing foreign control (Biden Admin takes office), the White Hats would have been too limited in their ability to pull corruption from our government; Black Hats depended on these limitations to ensure they would never be surgically removed; they'd always have tentacles throughout our government. By allowing Black Hats to steal the 2020, Q/Trump/Military gained power they needed to cut out the 'cancer'.
Trump used the intervening 4 years to unite the public, and the risk of Civil War has been greatly decreased - Black Hats hardest hit.

I can't understand how the writer is interpreting Trump's return to the presidency in 11 days as failure on Q's part.
Trump said the 2024 elections would look much different. As in being more rigged? Other than his own race, Dems stole races brazenly nationwide. Republicans, including Trump, pretended it didn’t even happen.
