Same here. Anybody who assaulted a LEO should be prosecuted.
BUT, my first guess is that there was no assault and that the Democrats want to be able to say a that violent J6 protestors was pardoned without being punnished. So look for these kind of indictments all the way to J20.
I'm having trouble believing an Alabama man was in DC on Jan 6, 2021 when it was in between the two playoff games in Arlington, TX and Miami Gardens, FL during Bama's most recent national championship. People have priorities. LOL
