Biden and all these ‘RATs and rinos looking for cover really should have read the rules governing presidential pardons- you cannot pardon anyone before they have been charged and convicted of a crime. The pardon must be specific.

In a way, this works out. There are STILL a great MANY charges that can be brought against Hunter, AND, those who took part in J6, Benghazi, Afghanistan and numerous violations of the laws regarding election interference, spying on American citizens, political prosecutions, will be compacent and remain where we can get at them instead of running to countries without extradition treaties.

Gerald Ford set the precendent with his pardon of Richard Nixon. The blanket pardon has never been tested in court, but the Constitution does not impose a restriction against the practice.

Because the clemency power is a plenary power vested in the Presidency, I would think there is a much better than even chance a blanket pardon would withstand judicial scrutiny. The fact that it is scandalous and wrong notwithstanding.
