Well, High School Kamala was educated in Canada...For all we know she secretly became a Canadian citizen and never disclosed this. (Would Canada disclose this??) Father was Jamaican, Mother was Indian. All three are Commonwealth countries, or were Commonwealth countries. Maybe they just want to help their commonwealth kindred??

This is why "Natural Born Citizen" is something that needs to be settled.
