The “State” has every right to INDICT those that they suspect of criminal activity, so INDICT Mayorkas and Issue a Governors Warrant for COnspiracy to Commit Voter Fraud.

If they’re not keeping foreigners off the voter rolls then they’re not supporting the Constitution and working against the law.
It seems too late in multiple ways for anything to happen with this before the election.
