You have a duty to stabilize her and then give her the option to go to another hospital facility. Are we sure the "Georgia hospital" is a hospital. Sounds more like Joe's Abortion Clinic/tire repair shop if you need to go to "another hospital" to save your life after they screw up.

Not all hospitals have the same capabilities and resources available. The requirements to assess, stabilize, and arrange transfer of patients to an appropriate facility falls under the Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act (EMTALA).
