Based on that, YOU have the burden of proof that the federal law is constitutional.

Never heard the 80%. Did you make that up?

Still, since you agree that some federal statutes are constitutional that leaves it open that the Adams’ charges are constitutional which brings us back to the question of which ones you believe to be unconstitutional. Just a simple list. I think there were only five to be considered.
