They pass American students the same way in many districts so not surprised not to mention US students are falling farther behind other countries every year.

Absolutely, this is nothing new. They’ve been doing this same scam for decades with American youth to vaccine up federal education money. Money which goes to line their pockets, not improve the schools or the education the students should have been receiving.
