Incorrect. There are also differences between Title 10 and 32 forces deployment. Military support for drug ops is well known and I did it for 6 years as Title 10.

Also, Posse Comitatus concerns the use of military in civilian law enforcement not in doing their regular jobs inside the country. Go Guard, much more latitude. The ROE nowadays sucks though.
