Watched about 45 minutes of it last night. Reinforced/document what lot of us already thought, that the pharmaceutical industry has a business model dependent upon making people sick.
What was news to me is that the food industry is owned by the cigarette industry and they applied their knowledge of how to make cigarettes more addictive to processed foods.
That explains so much.
I also heard today that Europe has outlawed GMO grains. When Americans spend a few months in Europe, they lose weight. When Europeans spend a few months in the USA they gain weight.
Processed food also made us lose sexual drives as well. Sperm counts went down considerably, while the pill to keep women from getting pregnant made female children hit puberty on average 6 years earlier than normal.
I think I sm going to go grain free or only European foods
It's probably the number one reason I'm contemplating moving over there, the food quality there is so much better.
Primary care doctor idea arose out of government intervention in health care. Why do we have all those awful drug ads on TV and all over the place? Not like we can go buy them at the store.
All they really do is dole out Big Pharma products and farm you out to specialists that do the same after thousands of dollars for tests.
If they had a cure for cancer we would never hear about it because cancer is big money.
I miss my family doctor who knew what he was doing and was good at diagnosing illness.
