Hard to believe that he fired a shot over that. These police are way too trigger happy. He was clearly able to get out of the way without shooting. They could have easily apprehended her later.

That being said, she greatly contributed to her demise. Without her actions stealing, then fleeing, nothing would have happened. She is the root cause.

It's the usual - blacks refusing to cooperate with police when they are obviously not in a position to do so. This is a behavioral problem within one group of people. The car is a weapon, I don't have a problem with the police firing on the dimwitted perp.
