I have no theory, but I live in the Bay Area, and I will note that among women of her age (50s), education (Harvard) and socioeconomic status (super-rich), tobacco use is very, very low. In other words, it’d be pretty unusual for someone like her to be a cigarette smoker. Not impossible, but statistically unlikely. Cannabis smoker would be more likely.

I read another place that she was not a smoker. It should be a crime if she didn’t take the vax.
