IMO, vilifying J D Vance is an attempt to take him out of contention before the 2028 Presidential election. 😎

JD Vance is more unpopular than Sarah Palin

EXCERPT:

Vance is one of the least popular vice-presidential picks this century.

It’s important to make a good first impression β€” whether you’re on a first date, interviewing for a job or running to be vice president of the United States. And the two men who recently joined the Republican and Democratic presidential tickets have made very different first impressions.

According to 538’s new polling average of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s favorable and unfavorable ratings, the Democratic candidate for vice president has an unusual quality for a modern politician: He’s well liked. As of Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. Eastern, 38 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of him, and 33 percent have an unfavorable opinion of him.

Democrats’ initial branding of Walz β€” as a paternal former teacher, coach and National Guardsman β€” seems to have caught on, especially immediately after he was announced as Vice President Kamala Harris’s running mate, when multiple polls found him with a double-digit positive net favorability rating (favorable rating minus unfavorable rating). Since then, his unfavorable rating has risen a bit faster than his favorable rating as Republicans have accused him of exaggerating his military service, but he still has a solid +5-point net favorability rating on average.

By contrast, Americans aren’t vibing with the Republican vice-presidential nominee. On average, only 33 percent have a favorable opinion of Sen. JD Vance, while 42 percent have an unfavorable one.

Well, the apparat is certainly up and running at Flank speed.

Trouble is they've used this exact same tactic/narrative so often they're becoming trite, not to mention predictable. Add their almost total slavish reliance on a media that's (JMHO) lost most if not all of their circulation and credibility, then add candidates who can't/won't run on their principals or any past performances and the whole outfit looks to me like a Flank speed run into the Rocks and Shoals.

So I don't think there's any reason to worry?

No. And HELL NO.

I'll stop worrying about 'em when I see them sunk clear out of sight. And there ain't even bubbles or oil slicks to hint where they hit bottom.

...”He’s well liked.” (RE: Walz)

At one time or another the vast majority of the most despicable people on the planet could have had that said about them LOL...

Sarah Palin was the better half of that ticket with songbird nonane. If not for her, I don’t think McSwine would have gotten nearly as many votes.
