At about 2:20 into the video, the speeches are done and you can see the parade of chinee motorcycles and all the off-road Gators that they inherited.
Then come all the up-armored HMMWVS. At about $1M a pop to get them there.
Then comes the MRAPs. Estimated between $2-20M each, counting transportation and accouterments.
Around 2:31 they show off all the PSYOP loudspeaker trucks. Designed to broadcast messages as they drive.
After that, the MRAPs. With antennae intact. I wonder how many of those trucks still retain the electronics? If they do, then they are all GPS tracked. I wonder why the US hasn't destroyed those trucks in their parking spots?
Granted, Russia and China have no doubt acquired all of the pertinent electronics from the vehicles, including all of the frequency-hopping hardware.
Oh well. I can only hope our politicians will have been paid all the money they could get for selling out our country and the military who protects us. Asking for anything else would be uppity on the part of us lessers who fail to pay homage to the elites.
I guess as long as they're okay, safe and sound, then that's all that matters.
