“Should we post “selfies” here?”
There’s probably already a website...

“Human bodies don’t reject fiber...”
Does any fiber get absorbed by one’s body? As the Mayo Clinic puts it, “...fiber isn’t digested by your body. Instead, it passes relatively intact through your stomach, small intestine and colon and out of your body.”

'This study funded by the nice people at Kohler'...who make most of the American-made toilets. ;) They make some SERIOUSLY sexy toilets right here in Wisconsin where manufacturing is still alive and well!

When Beau’s phone is ringing and he’s not around to answer it, and I can SEE who is calling I answer, “Vandelay Industries. How may I direct your call?”
His buddies actually CALL HIM NOW hoping I pick up, LOL!
Yeah, we all have the same sense of humor. Obviously! ;)

Mom used to feed us girls Cod Liver Oil! I have NO idea why and she says she, ‘doesn’t remember.’
The DOG loved licking the spoon while Sis and I were writhing and gagging on the floor, LOL!
On the Bright Side, I’m still very regular and have never gotten Scurvy! ;)

I used to get cod liver oil too as a kid because I was anemic. Also got liver shots!
FEARED AND LOATHED THEM BOTH!

Well, we DID grow up poor, so maybe she was trying to help our brains or something because our diet consisted of not much more than Free Government Cheese. ;)
Either way, I survived yet another Birthday this week, so I’m good! Thanks, Mom! :)

That’s tough to handle.
You have my sympathies. I wish it could have been different for her.
There are things we can never really know or understand. Everything needs to be kept in mind around God and His own plan.

They now have lemon-flavored cod liver oil. Tastes like a lemon cookie. Kind of. Close enough that I don’t mind taking it daily.

Careful which venue you choose.
You might consider Leland Brandt.
