The argument was correct back then as well. The same people making this argument are the same people that were making the argument back then.
The "Natural Born Citizen" definition with regards to the Pres/VP has never been adjudicated by SCOTUS. That is an undeniable fact.

There are very few people who are more illiterate and ineffective as Biden.
Harris is one of them.
