This was when he got off the plane from Vegas and was getting in the car to drive to Delaware. Right after he cancelled the Vegas stuff and flew home supposedly with Covid.

I recall seeing Joe’s fuzzy silhouette inside, mouth agape.
July 17, when he left LV early and returned to Delaware, where he hasn’t been seen since.
