It appears most people with IBS could just minimize fructans and galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), and take all the other FODMAPs okay.

As an IBS sufferer, I love garlic but it doesn’t love me.
For some reason, my symptoms are worse in the morning. Sausage and eggs are rough on my system. I cannot tolerate coffee until later in the afternoon.

Easy way to figure this out...start with carnivore diet (basically no fruit/veg/grains) for awhile. Then start adding things back in...sometimes ppl make things too complicated...imho
