Where is President Biden
The events of the past ten days in American politics have been nothing less than extraordinary. President Donald Trump was nearly assassinated. At that time,he was factually the presumptive nominee being within 48 hours of becoming the confirmed nomination of the Republican Party. The apparently, at best completely lax security at a high risk event with a high profile target, has lead to calls for investigation, and as I write this, the director of secret service is expected to appear in front the House of Representatives Oversight Committe to face questions on exactly what happened.
Simultaneously, the chaos embroiling President Joseph Biden, the current sitting president, has grown to the point of a shocking post on X as to his intent to stand down seeking a second term which has thrown the media into a complete frenzy as all are asking the question who will emerge as the nominee? Yet in all this Chaos, there is a deafening silence, and a lack of appearance of the one man this is all centered around, the President of the United States of America. Some have posited that a constitutional crisis could be the result of everything happening. But I think Americans from sea to shining sea must accept that the constitutional crisis is here at this very moment. Let's review what we know free of the distraction of what we think.
1. President Trump was shot on July 13, 2024, at a rally in Pennsylvania.
2. It appears that a single suspect 130 yard away from the podium was able in plain sight and with significant attention from assembled Americans was viewed preparing to "take his shot" and up to 30 minutes warning was given as these Americans called attention to law enforcement and secret service who took no action.
3. President Trump was grazed by a bullet on his right ear, having a split second before turned his head.
4. Three-dimensional reconstruction of the bullet trajectory and President Trump's head movements synchronized demonstrate that the bullet would have been a kill shot were it not for the hand of God.
5. On July 17, 2024, Press Secretary Jean-Pierre releases on WH.GOV a statement that "President Biden tested positive for CoVID-19...He will be returning to Delaware where he will self-isolate and will continue to carry out all of his duties fully during that time"
6. There are broadcast video segments of President Biden arriving in Delaware descending the steps of Air Force One. This is last time President Biden has been seen.
7. The Republican National Convention has a unifying four days in Milwaukee concluding with the acceptance speech of President Trump confirming his nomination as the Republican Candidate for President with an election day this November 5, 2024.
8. On Thursday night, President Biden sends a politically critical message via X and through press releases has been insisting he is "in it to win it" and repeatedly over the last week has stated through electronic medium his commitment to continue his run for re-election.
9. Rumors have swirled throughout the course of the past ten days that President Biden is being under a great deal of pressure to depart the race. Politically the Democrat Party finds itself in great chaos as poll after poll widen President Trump's lead, especially in swing states, to the point that even liberal leaning media accept as a fate accompli that President Biden will lose in November.
10. After a quiet period of a couple of days, the drumbeat of sitting Democrat senators, representatives, and party leaders either call for President Biden to stand down or speak with ambiguity "that a decision should be made soon".
11. The DNC affirms on or about 19 July that the virtual roll call vote for the nomination of President Biden will continue as planned prior to the convention in Chicago. This is to avert the so-called crisis of President Biden's nomination being later than the ballot deadline for the swing state of Ohio.
12. However, the Ohio legislature was called into special session, and the deadline was waived obviating the need for a virtual vote.
13. On Sunday, 21 July, a political earthquake happens and President Biden posts a letter on X stating he will not seek re-election but will concentrate on finishing his term. His post, however, is silent on whom he supports to become the nominee. This is corrected in a follow up post moments later affirming his endorsement for Vice-President Harris for President.
14. Subsequent to this literal bombshell in this election cycle, the media begin to report millions of dollars are flooding back to the democrats as large donors unthaw their prior freeze on campaign funding.
15. Vice-President Harris begins to consolidate support and endorsements for her election in November, but there are numerous dissenting voices and speculation as to whom will be the nominee.
16. There are at least three states, with Wisconsin and Nevada being two of the three, that have strict laws preventing the changing of a nominee on the ballot barring "incapacitation or death".
17. Speaker of the House Johnson has stated on national news programs on 21 July 2024 that there will be legal challenges to the whole sale substitution of any candidate other than President Biden on election ballots in November.
As the news cycle has unfolded, there is a glaring absence of the President of the United States. We are to believe that in fact, President Biden retains full executive authority. As Radio host and former Chief of Staff to Edwin Meese (attorney general under President Regan), Mark Levin has taught the entire power of the executive branch is invested in one man, the President. Mr. Levin has stated on his nationally syndicated radio program "The President IS the executive branch under Aritcle II of the United States Constitution."
As this Monday morning dawns, we as Americans have been told in official communications from the white house that President Biden is: (1) sick with corona virus, (2) self-isolating in Delaware, (3) has cancelled all of this week's appointments and meetings. At the same time (as elections and administration must remain separate) we, the people, understand through a social media account that President Biden will not seek re-election, but will finish his term.
Prudence would demand, or at the very least a good campaign manager would advise President Biden that he would need to make this announcement in a formal way. We assume that legacy is important to President Biden due to his numerous appearances and statements over the course of his political career. Thus, I have one simple question. Where is President Biden?
It seems odd that a lifelong politician who for better or for worse has made a living on communicating with the public in times of celebration and in times of opposition would not seek to make a historical statement and decision to the very public which he has served for over fifty years. As a great friend and reporter, I personally have known for a very long time taught me "it does not matter that the news is that is being delivered, just spell my name correctly."
But yet a true moment in history is announced via electronic medium whose owner has recently pledged $45 Million a month to the opposition party. In the ensuing chaos of this historic decision, not seen since President Johnson shocked the world with his decision to "not accept nor seek the nomination" of his party in 1968, I cannot help but wonder, why have we, the people not seen President Biden?
Sometimes in life as in business, when one has a seemingly "can't win" situation, the strategy is employed to point out a shiny ball to focus the attention away from the disaster that is occurring to buy the time to turn the no-win situation into at least a fair fight where victory can be snatched from the jaws of defeat. Yet in the background of the cacophony of looking at the shiny ball of "who will it be" things continue to occur out of sight. The DNC has NOT reversed its decision to hold the virtual roll call nomination. Delegates are being released to VP Harris and others. And yet the party who extolls "shining the light" of truth transparency, who one of its greatest cheerleaders in the printed media has on its masthead "democracy dies in darkness" (Washington post) is creating the very darkness wherein registered Democrats will not be privy to the virtual roll call vote for the nomination of the President from the Democrat Party. In fact, the very voters in the Democrat primary will not even have an invitation to observe, let alone having it occur in front of the national media at the convention in Chicago in three weeks.
We, the people, are all being whipped into a frenzy over the obviously newsworthy speculation of WHAT has happened, while pursuing the WHO will it be. Yet the single most important question, has nothing to do with the future, but the present. I contend that WHO is in executive power AT THE MOMENT is not resolved. This is either the greatest example of incompetence of a presidential administration by not getting THE PRESIDENT out in view of the public, or the greatest manipulation of the powers that be that threaten the very democratically elected republic in which we live.
It is worth at this time remembering that in the minds of the founding fathers of the nation, this is a government of the people, for the people, and by the people who are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights of which they are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
By not answering the question where is President Biden and by delaying appearing in front of we, the people, this constitutional crisis is here, now. While the media focus us on the bright shiny ball of WHO WILL IT BE, the greatest threat to our liberty is not knowing who has executive power under Article II of the constitution at the moment. The Chinese have a curse which states "may you live in interesting times." There is no question that these extraordinary times in our country. We can only exist in the moment we are in. As Einstein once quipped "Time is God's way of making sure not everything happens at once." Linked to Socrates who starts from the point that "Once I realized that I know nothing" can we meet the truth, whatever it may be.
Recalling the history of our country, the philosophies on which it was bult, that we, the people, are free, and that the only moment that exists to which we have access is the present, not the past nor the future, we the people deserve to know: Where is President Biden? We must demand that he appear now, as we are being asked to believe that the article II power of our constitution is being exercised by a man who has not been seen since we have been notified he is sick with an infection that could be quite serious, and all communications are being handled through media and surrogates on his behalf We, the people, deserve to see the President in extraordinary times and we have not. Let us look beyond the distractions and the admittedly emotional moments of Who will it be, and confirm in this moment, who it is. Then we will know the truth, which is the moral imperative to find, not the thoughts and opinions of others masquerading as the truth. Whatever that truth (and the hope is that it is a benign truth) we, the people will face it in the most American of ways, and solve the problem, no matter how bad it may be. The longer time marches on without an answer to these simple questions, the problem multiples in chaos, and in chaos, evil things can happen by malicious people.
It is time to end the chaos with transparency. The key to moving forward is to start now with the demand that President Biden at least make an appearance, otherwise, how can the democrats possibly make a decision as to whom should be their nominee, and as a member of we the people, how can any of us believe that we, the people, are in fact the most important thing in our constitutional republic? All that it takes for evil to flourish is for men (people) of good will to do nothing. Please, Mr. President, do not be a man of goodwill doing nothing such that your legacy is that of evil flourishing under you. Mr. President, please make some verifiable appearance in front of we the people and do not hide. One can only imagine the emotions that you may be feeling, but a true American Patriot which you claim to be would not want we, the people, of which you are part of that group, to languish in chaos of your, and your party's design.
Where is President Biden?

It would not be surprising if Biden is never seen alive again.
That is my thought. But in the interim someone has some explaining to do as to who has the executive power. There was a movies called Dave in the early 90s
It was a cute comedy. We are living in Dave and with house of cards motif. Frank underwood will be the nominee as it appears. I know the was a congress James Traffikant(?) D-OH. Total reprobate but had great one minute speeches as I recall. He always thundered away at done point and concluded Beam me up, Mr. speaker. I can understand why he said that. Biden must go on live TV to show us that he is alive. While he is at it, he should tell us if he is still seeking the 2024 Presidential nomination.
