In the Blackrock commercial, the teacher taught advanced classes. The shooter was in his class.
FAS children are typically on the lower end of the learning scale.
Incessant bullying, which has been reported, can mess someone up, particularly when there is no anchoring outlet in the home.

FAS is what my wife said when she saw the pictures of the high school Crooks. She taught LD kids for thirty five years and has rather a lot of experience with the syndrome.
