I always use inoculant when I start beans. It’ll give you better germination and growth if the beans are halfway good.

I used inoculant on my edamame. Actually, I tried it both ways and the inoculated seed did noticeably better (although both inoculated and uninoculated germinated and yielded OK).

I did not realize that green beans benefitted from inoculant. Thanks for the tip, I’ll try it!
