To: Tell It Right
“Get God out of schools!”, they said. I’m not happy with the results.

Separation of Church and State meant that our nation must never have an established National Church like the Anglican Church of England.   It did not mean that our nation is Godless.

If anything we should never have allowed government schools to take over teaching our children.

Actually it meant that the State cannot mess with Church, who can mess with the State.

Several states collected taxes for designated denominations into the 19th century.

Not a violation of the establishment clause.
