Chicago could solve the “gun problem” tomorrow. All they need to do is make a sweep through the trouble areas and arrest the convicted felons in possession of firearms and arrest them.

I remember, years ago, when a major city had several murders one weekend. The city Police Chief immediately called for “More Gun Control!”
Problem was, none of those murders involved guns. No one was shot.
