How in the }{€££ does a ship roll over in a Drydock ?

Whoever was in charge of the Blocking needs a refresher school.

How does a ship -—roll over in drydock? Weren’t you watching he movie? The Mullers showed you how to do it. But never mind them. Regardless of proper blocking the ship should have been off-loaded of ballast water and fuel before docking. Just for instance, if BigMo was doing some op, moving water around and overloaded one side that could easily have crushed the blocks on one side and created a whoopsie. It’s in chapter 69 of the muzzie naval maintenance manual, close to the part about DFW the US Navy.
