In Wisconsin, I think the rules state Biden must stay on the ballot, but his votes won’t be counted.
The ballot rules were notably enforced in Missouri recently when Claire McCaskill “won” the seat for her dead husband.

There is no lie they won’t tell or law they won’t break, Federal or State, in order to assure their victory. They just do what they want, and then find some corrupt judge to let them do it.
