This case should no nowhere. The company publicly post their ingredients. They made no false statements. Its not like the Subway suit where they were selling 10 and 11 inch footlong subs.

If it was labelled “pistachio ice cream,” there had better be pistachios in it, either finely ground or in pieces. And there should be cream in it, too.

And while on the topic of false advertisement, companies should not be allowed to label non dairy products like almonds and water as milk of any kind, either.

They should have labeled it pistachio-flavored.

Frivolous lawsuit will get thrown out. Another ploy to get “free money” from a deep pocket without contributing one dime to increasing the value of the economy. These grifters and their lawyers make me f’n sick.
