Plan is to have the helicopter lower into a trench, sort of like a city bus the “kneels” so passengers can step on board.
With air pressure device.
Next is to have hidden helium bags inside Biden’s clothes to float him a little so he can’t fall on his face.
Last, the deliberate fake video to show him sort of skipping like Gene Kelly, turning to wave and blow a kiss while walking backwards, and then taking two steps at a time onto the helicopter.

It’s obvious he has been coached about picking up his feet with each step.
I laughed as I imagined the planes as two parents with a newly walking toddler between them encouraging the child to toddle from one parent to the other. There was probably a handler in the plane just out of sight whispering “You can do it! You can do it!”
