I think it was a good decision. As expected. But for Trump’s official capacity as president the Jan 6 speech would not have happened. 3 justices dissenting=3 commies.
Bidens graft re: receiving cash/bribes from UK for personal gain would not be official duty. No presidential immunity.
Obama’s drone strike killing 2 American’s would be official duty and immune from prosecution.
Of course the demoncrats will try to use the lower courts to declare Trump’s Jan 6 speech unofficial but, if common sense and rule of law applies, they will not be successful. Yes, I know, it’s a crap shoot to expect common sense.

The NY case alleges all the criminal acts occured while Trump was President in order to stay President to cover up an alleged plan to steal the Presidency. The NY judge never conducted the pretrial analysis #SCOTUS requires in any indictment of a President. Verdict should vacate.
