I am glad I saw this article, I forgot I took a package of Oreo cookies out for a before bed snack.
:). i’d go and read the article through. i don’t think it’s necessarily recommending ‘toxic oreos’ to lower your LDL. in fact, the way i read it, it’s saying that high LDL is a good thing!

This article is garbage because the details undercut the headline. I wonder what sort of degenerate needs to attract clicks by writing such nonsense.
