My youngest spent 5 days in ICU (10k/per day!) as an infant because of RSV. She came very close to death.
RSV kills the very young and the very old by drowning them in snot. When their O2 gets too low, they go into cardiac arrest.
I’m moderately hopeful about this vaccine since it’s been properly trialed and not given an emergency pass like the useless covid vax.
