Forcing oneself to continuously learn complex concepts will help to develop new neural pathways. Make it a habit and begin right away.

The outlook on dementia is still grim as of 6 year ago, and that accounts for the latest research and practices available at the time in the best centers worldwide. Doubtful anything significant was discovered since then. More than happy to be told otherwise.

The brain has an amazing ability to rebuild its network, but that typically requires a demand of outcome.

Although I’m a believer in the best biological consumption habits which may include various supplements, painting rust doesn’t make the rust go away. And neither will a supplement make the dementia go away.

Agreed. Rust painting is quite good analogy but not even enough to describe this scam. It’s more like, lucrative rust painting on “mouse models” allowing rust to creep in more and forcing to buy more new game changer rust painting.

I am so sick and tired of the junk science which peddles miracle molecules while ignoring the real cause of the ‘rust’ which is carbohydrates and how metabollic diseases such as dementia can be rapidly reversed using the carnivore diet.
