It's a nice stadium. So it does not really need to be renovated.

i’ve been in that stadium: it was a cheap, crap stadium when they built it ... made out of reinforced concrete plus 8”x16” concrete blocks for all interior non-load-bearing walls; it has all the charm of a filling station service bay ...
