Iran has developed a very sophisticated drone capability. They have reverse engineered the Lockheed RQ-170 stealth drone (thanks Obama) and have incorporated that expertise into a lot more platforms.
They also obtained a dozen or so Cold War era Russian nuclear warhead tipped cruise missiles from the Ukraine. These cruise missiles were inert maintenance training items (ie no nuclear materials in the warheads) but were otherwise identical to the actual operational device.
The Houthi Forces have a decent inventory of weapons from Iran
FWIW, the RQ 170 makes a workable nuclear capable cruise missile.
