Thank you. Well, as to 2024... Definitely will be a CHALLENGING year for everybody. But I will still be looking for great coupon deals.

p.s. The above spiral ham deal at Target is good at least until Tomorrow but it may go for another week.

Oh, anyway I found the PERFECT time to soak the Market Pantry spiral-cut ham in water. Just 4 hours. I picked up 4 hams at Target of just over 10 lbs each. The first one I soaked in water overnight for a total of about 20 hours. Waaaaaay too long since I had to add some salt back in to get rid of the bland taste. However, the second ham I soaked for only 4 hours and the salt level was PERFECT. I took it to a Christmas Party everybody really loved it.

For the New Years Eve party this Sunday, I am going to prepare the third ham the same way.
