Whatever team you pull for, see how many teams they played in these rankings. (Not what an opponent was ranked when you played them, i.e. I'm not impressed if you beat 4-8 Colorado when they were ranked. Look at each of your team's opponents in these rankings.)

Florida State played only 2 of those teams (and beat 2).
Michigan, Oregon, Washington had only 3 games against those teams (counting Oregon twice for Washington).

Georgia and Texas played 4 of those ranked teams. No wonder they have a loss.

Bama played 5 of those teams. Five. Let that sink in.
