New Mexican Restaurant in town? I spent over a year in England working on a govt contract about 100 miles East of Oxford. A village not far from where I stayed had a Mexican restaurant. Although it was what you might expect from an ethnic restaurant in rural England, it wasn't the worst Mexican I've ever had.

Lol. My wife went to a wedding in Ireland with some friends. One of the guys from Utah offered to make a Mexican dinner for their hosts. He couldn’t do it. Couldn’t find ingredients. Lol.
