We can talk about what’s best for military preparedness all we want. The question is, what are we going to do about it?
For one thing, you can better unify and equip the army of conservatives - esp Christian ones, by identifying and substantiating/documenting problems, and discussing the root causes, and thus better focus on them and enemies and attack them, and which includes evaluating the strength of political candidates relative to issues.
100 posts here, all of which (I think) at least stand in opposition to women in combat, as does the testimony of the Israeli soldier of the article, helps somewhat to show unity and strengthen it, though to what degree overall traditional (Biblical) roles are supported is less clear.
But ask FR conservatives here whether the principled judicious use of physical chastisement of children ( (as my father exercised, and God does) is right and I think you will be surprised at the number who are opposed to it. As well as to the number of conservatives here who are not opposed to the Left on moral grounds.
