Hot Yoga? Back when I was younger they called it the '20 minute' workout and had it looping on the TV bar screens.
If you want to watch women doing a sweaty yoga workout... Be safe and watch it on a TV while laying on a couch in your own home. Your chances of suffering from heart failure will be greatly reduced. Signing up for an actual class in hot yoga is just asking for trouble.

I tried Hot Yoga twice.
Second time it took me 2 weeks to recover and nearly was hospitalized.
It DOES speed weight loss but it can be dangerous unless you are very careful.
