OK, is there a lawyer here?

If I'm reading Derek's papers correctly CIC Trump is a Wartime Power President and being a Commander-in-Chief he's under Military Law. A President is under civil and federal Law. This being new to our country, not sure how any of this federal.civil law can have any affect on CIC Trump.
