This case isn’t as simple as it seems. The teenager claims that the $5000 payment demand made from his Instagram account was not sent by him but sent by a hacker. However all the texts that he has from the teacher are all authentic.
Why would the teacher go to the authorities with the $5000 demand and think that an alleged affair wouldn’t be discovered?
This one needs more time and investigation before I condemn either person.
