George Soros and Leftist leaders haven't destroyed the judicial system at state and local levels because they love young black men and other thugs.
They are doing it to pave the way for a federal police force. This is absolutely necessary for the establishment of a Marxist dictatorship. Control must be at the top...not with state and local governments and judiciaries.

Existing decentralized structures must be allowed to fail so the public not only accepts, but demands, the promised safety and security of new centralized structures.
Demonizing the competent, and installing the incompetent and corrupt, is essential for the failure of the decentralized model.
